You might think of them like learning a song. We often don’t hear it once and know all the words ~ we have to listen on repeat, slowly absorbing the melody and meaning. In the same way, taking your drops regularly allows your system to “learn” what the flowers have to teach, gently reinforcing new emotional patterns over time.
“Flower remedies were known in India and China and to the Australian Aboriginals centuries ago. In Europe, they were made in the 1500s by Paracelsus, the master physician and alchemist. The modern pioneer in the field was Dr. Edward Bach, a well respected English physician and homeopath who had done important work on immunology. In addition to traditional medicine and homeopathy, there is evidence that he read Paracelsus' writings. In the early 1930s, he left his successful practice (in Harley street, London) and began gathering wildflowers and plants to develop his flower remedies." - Donna Cunningham
Flower remedies invite us to reconnect with the natural world and ourselves, fostering greater self-awareness, compassion, and emotional resilience—an ongoing journey toward wholeness and wellbeing.
When we take these remedies, we receive that same natural harmony—restoring balance to the body, mind, and spirit in a way that is gentle, holistic, and deeply connected to the earth.

How They're Made
Made using plants gathered from the English countryside, where they grow wild and undisturbed, preserving the flowers’ natural vitality and essence.
To capture the essences of the flowers to create the remedies, blossoms are carefully gathered at their peak, often during the early morning when their energy is most vibrant.
They are then placed in a clear bowl of pure water and left in sunlight for several hours. During this time, the healing frequency of the flower is transferred into the water—not through any visible transformation, but through a subtle infusion of energy.
This process imprints the water with the memory or energetic signature of the plant, much like how a tuning fork can carry a note without altering its form.
The remedies are created in harmony with the natural world, using blossoms gathered at their peak and infused into pure water under sunlight. In this process, the healing essence of the flower is drawn out—not through force, but through cooperation with nature.
As Dr. Edward Bach explained, this method draws on all the elements: “The earth to nurture the plant, the air from which it feeds, the sun or fire to enable it to impart its power, and water to collect and be enriched with its beneficent magnetic healing.” Each essence carries the living intelligence of the flower, held within the elemental forces that helped it grow.
Each flower remedy is lovingly made using plants gathered from the English countryside, where they grow wild and undisturbed, preserving the flowers’ natural vitality and essence.
Once this energetic imprint is held within the water, it is stabilised and preserved in brandy. This mother essence is then diluted further into dosage bottles to create a gentle, ready-to-use remedy.
The flower remedies Fleur makes are with these essences are then blended with pure spring water and preserved with your choice of biodynamic brandy, organic coconut-derived glycerine, organic vodka, or organic apple cider vinegar—creating a gentle, natural remedy that supports your emotional well-being with care and intention.
Completely natural, free from side effects, and safe to take alongside any medication. Flower remedies are gentle enough for children, pregnant women, and those with sensitive health conditions.
Taken regularly—four drops, four times a day—flower remedies work in harmony with the body's own energy field, supporting emotional balance, clarity, and inner peace.

What to Expect
Flower remedies work subtly and gently, supporting the emotional and energetic layers we carry. Rather than forcing change, they invite awareness, softening, and gradual realignment ~ meeting us exactly where we are.
Flower remedies work subtly and gently, supporting the emotional and energetic layers we carry. Rather than forcing change, they invite awareness, softening, and gradual realignment ~ meeting you exactly where you are.
Flower remedies don’t suppress or override our emotions. Instead, they offer gentle support, helping us shift toward greater balance and alignment.
As Dr. Edward Bach, the pioneer of modern flower remedies, wrote, they work “by flooding our bodies with the beautiful vibrations of our Higher Nature.” In this way, they ease emotional strain not by force, but by encouraging the natural return of inner harmony—softly, steadily, and in tune with our deeper selves.
HOW TO TAKE A FLOWER REMEDY
Take 4 drops, 4 times a day, ideally spread out across the day. You can place the drops directly under the tongue, or into a glass of water and sip slowly.
There’s no need to be strict ~ consistency matters far more than perfection.
Working on an energetic level, flower remedies gently guiding us back into balance. To truly receive their support, take 4 drops, 4 times a day - consistency is key.
Think of each remedy as a song the flowers are singing to your system: a quiet, healing melody.
Just as we need to hear a song on repeat to really learn its rhythm and words, these remedies need time and steady listening to weave their way into our being.
With patience and presence, their wisdom begins to resonate.
“They are able, like beautiful music … to raise our very natures, and bring us nearer to our Souls: and by that very act, to bring us peace, and relieve our sufferings.” - Dr. Edward Bach
TIMING & SUBTLE SHIFTS
Many people notice small changes around day 3, and again around day 21 ~ you’re welcome to mark your calendar if that feels helpful. These shifts can be subtle: a softened reaction, a moment of calm where there wasn’t one before, or simply feeling a little more yourself.
Flower remedies are often wonderfully quiet in how they work. You may not notice changes immediately, but weeks later realise: “I don’t feel like x anymore.” This subtlety is one of their quiet superpowers.
EMOTIONAL RELEASE & SENSITIVITY
You may feel a little more emotional or teary in the early days ~ especially around day 3. This is completely normal and often a sign that emotions are gently rising to the surface to be acknowledged and released. Flower remedies have often been described as adaptogens for the emotions ~ they won’t give you more than you can handle.
Some people also experience more vivid dreams, or old memories and feelings resurfacing. Flower remedies can gently help us “time travel,” bringing past emotional experiences into awareness so they can be processed and integrated with care.
IF EMOTIONS FEEL BIG
If at any point emotions feel intense or overwhelming, you can:
- Pause taking your remedy for a day or two to process what might have been brought up
- Reach for SOS Formula as needed for extra support
- Pause your remedy for a few days and take SOS Formula as you would any other remedy (4 drops, 4 times a day).
