Can I take flower remedies alongside medication?

Flower remedies are traditionally used alongside conventional medical treatment and supplements. They are not known to interfere with medication, as they do not act chemically in the body.

However, they are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. If you have concerns about your health, please consult your GP or healthcare provider.

Are flower remedies safe for children?

Yes, flower remedies are traditionally used for children as well as adults.

For children, we recommend the alcohol-free (organic glycerine) version. If you are unsure which blend is appropriate, please seek personalised guidance.

Can I take flower remedies during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Flower remedies are traditionally considered gentle and are often used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

That said, if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under medical care, we recommend speaking with a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new supplement.

Do flower remedies have side effects?

Flower remedies are traditionally considered gentle and non-habit forming.

Occasionally, you may notice temporary emotional sensitivity as feelings surface and settle. If anything feels uncomfortable, simply reduce the frequency or pause and seek guidance if needed.

Are flower remedies scientifically proven?

Flower remedies are part of a long-standing traditional system developed by Dr Edward Bach in the 1930s. While many people report positive experiences, they are considered complementary and holistic rather than pharmaceutical treatments.

Can I take more than one blend at a time?

It is generally recommended to focus on one personalised blend at a time. This allows you to clearly notice shifts and work gently with one emotional theme.

Do Fleur Remedies have any fragrance?

Flower remedies do not contain essential oils or added fragrance.

They have a very subtle scent from the natural preservative (biodynamic brandy or organic glycerine), but they are not perfumed and do not smell strongly of flowers.

How long should I take a blend for?

Most blends are taken for 3–4 weeks (one 30ml bottle).

You may feel complete after one bottle, or you may choose to continue with the same blend or adjust it depending on how you feel. Emotional patterns that have been present for longer may benefit from continued support.

Can men take flower remedies?

Absolutely. Flower remedies support emotional wellbeing, which is universal - not gender-specific.

They are traditionally used by people of all ages and genders, offering gentle support through stress, transition, uncertainty, grief, confidence challenges and everyday emotional experiences.

What is the self life? And how should I store Fleur Remedy products?

When stored correctly, remedies typically remain stable for several months (and often longer).

Store your bottle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong heat. There is no need to refrigerate. Always replace the lid securely after use.

Packaging & Shipping FAQs

Is your packaging recyclable?

We choose our packaging carefully with sustainability in mind.

Your remedy is bottled in recyclable glass with recyclable cardboard outer packaging. We use paper-based protective materials wherever possible to ensure your bottle arrives safely, while minimising unnecessary excess.

The glass bottle and dropper can be widely recycled in the UK and Europe.

The pipette lid and rubber dropper insert are not currently recyclable through standard household recycling streams - this is an industry limitation we continue to review as more sustainable alternatives become available.

Because Fleur Remedies are handcrafted in small batches, we’re able to produce intentionally and reduce overproduction waste. We are always exploring lower-impact options and making improvements where possible.

Once your remedy is finished, you’re welcome to reuse the bottle for travel oils, flower cuttings or small keepsakes - or recycle the glass responsibly according to your local guidelines.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all UK orders.

International shipping is free on orders over £75.

Please note: due to customs regulations, we are currently only able to ship glycerine-based (alcohol-free) formulas outside of the UK.

Are there customs fees for international orders?

International orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes or handling fees.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

If a delivery is refused, any customs duties, return shipping fees and related charges may still apply and may be deducted from your refund.

When will I get my order?

All orders are typically dispatched the next business day.

All UK parcels are sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked as standard. You can upgrade your shipping at checkout to Royal Mail 24 Tracked or DPD if you need your order sooner.

Estimated delivery times:

UK (Royal Mail 48 Tracked): usually 2 working days after dispatch

UK (Royal Mail 24 Tracked upgrade or DPD): usually 1 working day after dispatch

Europe: approximately 3–5 working days

Rest of World: approximately 5–7 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to customs processing.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking link.

You can use this link to follow your parcel’s journey directly with Royal Mail or DPD.

If you can’t find your tracking email, please check your spam folder or get in touch via the contact form and we’ll be happy to assist.

What is your returns policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If something isn’t quite right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and details, and we’ll always do our best to resolve it promptly.

Are all purchases final sale?

Opened remedies cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Unopened items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK consumer regulations. Please contact us before returning any items so we can guide you through the process.
